There is an area for a fishing pond stocked which could be stocked with tilapia, and many meandering paths. There is also an amazing amount of wildlife that is found on the property. A large group of Mantled Howler Monkeys lives on the property as well as Coati, Agouti, iguanas, butterflies, turtles, red tailed squirrels, frogs, porcupines, forest rabbits and a variety tropical bird.

My take a residential sustainable development with common areas already finished and 9 villas. There is space for at least 20 more. Very private and enclosed, maybe fractional time share, even a hotel site for a boutique Hotel.
