The farm has been deserted for more than 20 years, and throughout that time it has been entirely covered with both primary and secondary forest. There are several water sources, including springs, on the site. The views of Drake Bay and Isla de Cano are very breathtaking. However, with a minimal expenditure, access may be improved significantly. The entrance is about 13 kilometers (km) away from the main road, however the quality of the entry road at Chacarita is not very pleasant but is quite secluded.

The land is enclosed on all sides by mountain ranges, making it ideal for seclusion and providing excellent preparation for a private development. Terraces may be found not just all over the property but also in close proximity to several streams and rivers.
