In addition to its breathtaking scenery and wealth of natural wonders, the city of Puntarenas is home to a large number of attractions that hold a significant place in the region’s history. These attractions include the Muelle Grande, the market, the cathedral, and the Mora, among others.

But there are many more things to see in this beautiful city, such as the La Punta lighthouse, which is where the bell tower of the Hermitage of Nuestra Seora del Carmen is located; or the Paseo de los Turistas, which is a boulevard, next to the beach, with great activity thanks to the numerous bars and restaurants that are found on this promenade; in addition to great hotels, discos, and areas for skating and walking.

This titled building of the university of Study abroad with the University Studies in Puntarenas is for sale, which overlooks the ocean in the most Commercial zone, of Puntarenas just a couple blocks from downtown. This university was offering course with BA credits accepted by the universities in the US. Even marine biology was taught as a course. Puntarenas is a small beach town located right on the pacific and is within reach of attractions such as the Nicoya Peninsula and a variety of national parks and nature reserves. The university has 12 aulas con 6 mini apartments and is located right in front of the main boulevard of Puntarenas. Also, the small university was well positioned in Puntarenas with the local families hosting the students, and this can reflect on acquiring an additional Hotel or building to host the students. The small school had 60 students all time. Appraisal was performed.

My take on this opportunity is to be able to purchase a well-positioned small school right in front of the beach and very rare, titled property. What about a language school credited with the universities in the US or Europe right in front of the main beach and boulevard of Puntarenas.

Or as a retrofit and convert in a small boutique hotel.
