This amazing beach is spread throughout the Costa Rican shore for 3.6 km with abundant vegetation occupying its whole coast. Located within the “Tivives Protective Zone”, the last of the existing dry tropical forest in Costa Rica’s Central Pacific Region. Thanks to the mouth of the Jesús María River, which takes place in this lovely, dark sand beach, a majestic mangrove ecosystem. Also, there is also a decent surf break. The house is conveniently located close to other tourist’s spots (Puntarenas, Tarcoles Bridge and Jaco) It is a paradise for nature lovers, because during your stay you can enjoy sightings of parrots, monkey’s, seagulls, pelicans, and a variety of birds that fly around. And if you are lucky, you can enjoy the beautiful scarlet macaws eating in the almond trees next to the house. It is truly paradise, and the local community is welcoming and friendly as well.
The 4-bedroom/3-bathroom house located beach front. Very good build and maintained for an almost 35 years old house. The piece of land is a concession with the municipality of Tivives and has been recently renewed.
For the nomads the area will have fiber optics. In the bylaws recently stated that the house owners can rent out their houses with Airbnb.
To purchase a beachfront house in a Costa Rican community, there is no better price for that.
