It is located in the wildlife corredor where the Scarlet Macaws travel from the Guacalillo mangroves to the Carara National park. In the evening hundreds of Macaws fly past on their way home offering spectacular entertainment. 

The property has a large flat area to build up to 2 houses, water and electricity are to the edge of the lot. It is located at the end of the road and there is an association that manages security and road maintenance.
