I would say a great opportunity as a small mixed business, between business with hotel with tourism and corporate market segment. Apartments could be added or retrofitted. Small restaurant could be added for breakfast and lunch business from the judicial branch and local business, dinner volume from the hotel guests and local business. Maybe a retrofit of a small conference area. Building can be retrofitted for digital nomads. Commercial business could be added for lease for stores. Retrofitted to host private groups.
