Near the caretaker’s house with road access there is about 1 Ha for permaculture. There are three trails going through the farm. The farm has an agreement with FONAFIVO regarding forest management and receiving a credit maintaining the forest intact. Three streams, 2 water holes.
2 drills have been perforated of 400 meters for geological studies and now are wells. The farm has all distinctive wood inventory. From Ceder to Ojoche, Cortes Amarillo, and Amargillo.
Several tree houses are very possible. Intact flora and Fauna and lots of wildlife like monkeys, wild pigs, Tepesquinte, may varieties of birds a truly paradise.
My take on this virgin territory is a carbon offset project with any company in the world.
