In the middle of 4 retired gold mines, and very near an active one. Mina “Monkada” is retired y its 1000 hectares are now a forest reserve. Its neighbor “Finca Magallanes another 1000 hectares under Minaet forest reserve control. There are also several other very large farms that are pure forest.
This mother farm has also been in a project of reforestation with native trees. This effort has brought many fruits. Not just native fruits for you and me but for birds, and mammals as well. This is a paradise for bird watchers, i could show you 100+ photos of different birds. We also have deer, ant eaters, foxes, as well as the more common animals, whiteface monkeys y congo monkeys, raccoons, etc. There are private swimming holes nearby and 5 large waterfalls. Access Road towards the lot will be paved in the next year. Several building terraces are possible.
Apparently there is a lot of gold in the area so there is a big chance you have your own gold on this property.
